What moves a project into Custom

The tiers above are fixed prices because their scope is fixed. If your project needs any of the following, it isn't one of the tiers — and we'll say so up front and quote it properly rather than discover it halfway through.

  • More than six pages
  • A shop with a cart, stock levels, or shipping
  • Customer logins or a client portal
  • Booking with complex availability rules or multiple staff calendars
  • Migrating content from a large existing site
  • More revision rounds than the tier includes

Add-ons — none of these are required, and we'll tell you if you don't need one.

  • We'll write it for you — $150. Every tier assumes you send us your service descriptions and whatever photos you have. If you'd rather not write it, we will, and you just read it over. Flat $150, any tier.
  • A second language — $150. A full Spanish version of your site, written properly rather than run through a translator, with search engines told which version to show whom. Flat $150. Ours is here — that's what it looks like. Other languages start at $200 and are quoted once we know the language — we bring in a native speaker to check every non-Spanish translation.
  • Google listing setup — $250. If your business isn't on Google Maps yet, we'll set the listing up with you and get it verified. If you're already on there, linking your new site to it is included at no cost.
  • Remove our credit — $150. Every site we build carries a small "Made by AKI Automations" line in the footer. It's how people find us. If you'd rather it wasn't there, we'll take it off for a one-time $150.
  • Auto-reply on your contact form — from $300. Right now, someone who fills out your form has no idea if it actually sent. We can wire it so they get an instant confirmation email the moment they submit — so they know you got it, and you look responsive before you've even replied. A small taste of what our automations do, built right into the site.

Hosting handled and paid for, small edits when you need them — hours, prices, staff, photos — plus backups, security updates, and a reminder before your domain comes up for renewal. If it breaks, we fix it.

What's included on every tier

Your domain and hosting set up properly, and the site written in plain HTML — so it loads fast and nothing depends on a platform subscription you'd be stuck paying forever. Every site carries a small credit line in the footer; it can be removed for a one-time fee if you'd rather.

What we don't do

Online shops with carts, stock and shipping. Customer logins. Ongoing SEO campaigns. We can take a deposit or a one-off payment through Stripe, but a real store belongs on Shopify — and we'll say so early rather than take the work and do it badly.

This site is bigger than any of the tiers — on purpose.

Seven pages, a Spanish version, a digital business card, and an enquiry form wired into an automation that logs it and replies on its own. That's a Custom build, not one of the fixed prices above. But it's the same hand-written HTML and the same care at every tier — Multi-page is this at four pages, Starter is this at one.

What do you need from me?

Your services, your hours, and any photos you've already got. If you don't have photos, we'll tell you what to shoot on your phone — it's usually enough.

I already have a website. Can you redo it?

Usually yes — we build you a new one rather than editing the old one, then point your web address at it. What we do need is the login for wherever your address is registered. If your current site and your email both run through the same provider, tell us early so we can move things across without your email going down.

What about the domain?

If you have one, we'll use it. If you don't, we'll register it in your name — not ours — and hand over the login. Roughly $15 a year, paid by you directly.
